Customer Clarification Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
We process the Personal Data we collect for the following purposes, depending on their nature:
1. To be able to carry out our activities, to determine your demands and expectations with the products and services offered to you, to offer products and services above your expectations,

To Whom Do We Transfer Your Personal Data and For What Purpose?
In the presence of the above-mentioned legal reasons and in line with the stated purposes, your personal data we collect;
1. Our business partners who provide services to us in order to continue the business processes of our company,
2. Our third-party service providers (such as Private Security Firms) that provide in-house services,
3. Legally authorized public institutions (as per legislation such as the Tax Procedure Law, the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Law on Notification of Identity, the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and the Law on Fighting Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications),

What Methods and Legal Reasons Do We Collect Your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data,
1. With the request form you prepared when requesting an offer from our company, with the printed and electronic forms you will fill in accordance with our Quality Management System, or with your statements during the purchasing phase of our products,

3. For the safety of our workplace, the name-surname, my entry and exit times, the name and surname information of the people who come to my visit, whose door is kept secure,
4. Through e-mail, telephone, short messages, printed and electronic forms that we can use within the scope of sales and marketing activities,

7. Provided that verbal, written or electronic media, we collect fully or partially automatic or non-automatic methods as part of any data recording system.

We process your personal data, which we collect in accordance with the above methods, based on one or more of the following legal reasons:
1. Having your express consent,
2. The provisions of the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Turkey necessitate processing,
